Terms

The terms you use the site under. Independent study material, no affiliation with any vendor, and no promise about your exam result.

This page is not finished. The operator details it depends on have not been filled in yet, so the text below refers to TBD in place of legalName, contactEmail, jurisdiction, supervisoryAuthority, hostingProvider and dataRegion. Set them in src/lib/site.ts before the site goes live.

OutManage is operated by TBD. Using the site means accepting what follows. If something here does not work for you, email TBD rather than assuming we meant the worst reading of it.

What this is

Independent study guides, exam blueprints, and practice questions for AI certifications aimed at people who manage the work. Everything on the site is free to read. There is no paid tier today; if one arrives, these terms will change first and anyone on the mailing list will hear about it.

Independence, and why we can use the exam names

Independent and unaffiliated. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Microsoft, Google, Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, or Pearson VUE. We are not a training partner, reseller, or testing centre for any of them, and nobody at those companies has reviewed, approved, or seen this material.

We name their certifications because that is the only way to say what we prepare you for. That is nominative use of their trademarks, and their marks remain theirs.

Every word on this site is ours. We do not reproduce vendor exam guides, we do not copy their task statements or sample questions, and we do not use, seek, or accept real exam content from any source. What we do transcribe are plain facts — domain names, weights, item counts, fees, time limits — with a link to the published guide each one came from. If you believe we have got a fact wrong or crossed that line, tell us and we will correct it.

What we do not promise about your result

We do not guarantee you will pass anything. Nobody honestly can.

Practice scores are raw percentages of the questions we wrote. They are not scaled scores, they are not equated to a real exam form, and they do not predict an outcome — which is why the site never tells you that you would pass. Treat a strong practice score as evidence you understand our questions, not as a result.

The vendors' own exam guides are the authoritative source for what is on their exams. They change blueprints without notice. We date every blueprint page and re-verify each quarter, but between checks a vendor may have moved and we may not know yet. Where our page and their guide disagree, believe theirs.

Nothing here is legal, financial, compliance, or professional advice. The governance and risk material describes how these exams frame those topics; it is not advice about your organisation's actual obligations.

Using the material

Read it, study from it, quote it with a link, share it with colleagues, use it to prepare for an exam. That is what it is for.

Please do not republish substantial parts of it as your own, sell it or bundle it into a paid product, use it to train a model, or scrape the site in bulk. The content is our copyright and that permission is for personal and internal study use only.

Accounts

Accounts exist to keep your progress in one place. Sign-in is a magic link to your email address, so keeping that inbox secure is the whole of your side of it — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.

We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the site, harvest content, or abuse other people. If we do, we will tell you why.

Availability

This is a small independent site. We aim to keep it up and current, but we do not promise uptime, and pages may be added, rewritten, or withdrawn as blueprints change. Practice results live only in your browser, so closing the tab loses them; that is documented rather than accidental.

Liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or wasted expenditure arising from your use of it — including exam fees for an attempt that did not go the way you hoped. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of TBD, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
