New to certifications? Start with the essentials.
What is a certification, and is it free? A certification is a qualification you earn by passing a provider’s exam. OutManage offers free, independent study material. You book and pay for the official exam separately; completing our lessons does not award the certification.
What do the provider names mean? AWS means Amazon Web Services. Microsoft and Google Cloud offer their own AI tools. Claude is Anthropic’s AI assistant and software platform. Choosing a provider your workplace uses can make the learning more relevant.
What does “generative AI” mean? AI that creates content, such as text, images, or code, in response to instructions. A tool that drafts an email is one example.
Is a “Foundations” exam for beginners? It depends on the role. A business-focused exam can introduce everyday AI use. A developer writes software; an architect plans how a system fits together. Foundations exams for those roles still expect hands-on technical experience.
What study material is available here? Each listing shows the lessons or study guides and practice questions available now. “Exam overview only” means study material is not available yet. Our questions are original practice, not actual exam questions.
What are exam codes, domains, and blueprints? An exam code is an identifier, such as AIF-C01. A domain is a group of exam topics. A blueprint is the official outline of what the exam covers. You do not need to memorize the codes to choose a course.
